What drives an artist to paint, sculpt, write , compose? The existence of the self or lack of it. To make a mark on this fragile planet or for eternity? The Ego with the need to be known? The lack of self yet trying to leave a mark? It is a question that is as old as time. Is it important to create art? Why do I create art? The concepts are constantly floating through me while awake and at sleep through my dreams. The need to create these concepts and bring them to fruition.
